Conditions of Participation in the Loyalty Program

1. General

The World of OLIVER Loyalty Program is operated by us, OLIVER-SPORT, and is accessible via our online shop. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating, the individual agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

Only adult private individuals residing within the European Union are eligible to participate. Participation requires a customer account in our shop. Individuals affiliated with our company (e.g., influencers, partner companies, etc.) as well as our employees are excluded from the program.

3. Collecting Points

Participants can collect points in the following ways:

  • Orders in the shop: 1 point per euro spent
  • Social media interactions: Follow us on Instagram: (10 points), Like our Facebook page: (10 points), Interactions (e.g. comments, likes) on selected posts: (2 points)
  • Newsletter subscription: 15 points
  • Product reviews (up to 5): 5 points per published review
  • Birthday: 20 points (once a year, if birthdate is stored in customer account)

Points are credited after successful completion of the respective action. There are no collection limits.

4. Points for Returns or Cancellations

If an order is cancelled or returned, the awarded points will be deducted from the points account accordingly.

5. Status Levels in the Loyalty Program

The program consists of the following four status levels, awarded based on the number of points collected during a calendar year.

1. Player (upon registration)

  • Welcome benefit: one-time 5% discount

2. Bronze (from 150 points)

  • OLIVER coffee mug as a welcome gift upon reaching this level
  • Exclusive monthly offers
  • Exclusive products
  • Birthday discount

3. Silver (from 450 points)

  • OLIVER backpack TS / black as a welcome gift upon reaching this level
  • Exclusive monthly offers
  • Exclusive products
  • Birthday discount

4. Gold (from 850 points)

  • All benefits from Bronze and Silver levels
  • OLIVER sports bag as a welcome gift upon reaching this level
  • Additionally: Free standard shipping within Germany

The current benefits and conditions are available on our website and may be updated by the provider with future effect.

6. Changes to VIP Status and Point Benefits

In case of continuous inactivity of more than twelve months, the VIP status may be reset to the entry level "Player". Inactivity is defined as no activity within the loyalty program during that period, such as collecting or redeeming points.

Discounts and rewards granted through the loyalty program are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and expire if not redeemed within that time. An exception is the free shipping voucher included in the "Gold" level.

7. Abuse & Exclusion

In the case of justified suspicion of misuse (e.g., manipulation, duplicate accounts, false information), we reserve the right to exclude participants from the program and revoke points and status benefits.

8. Termination or Modification of the Program

The provider reserves the right to change or discontinue the program at any time. In such cases, participants will be informed in a timely manner, e.g., via the website or by email.

Participants can deactivate the program at any time in their own VIP area and reactivate it at a later time. The status and collected points will initially not be lost (unless otherwise stated in Section 6, Paragraph 1).

If a participant wishes to permanently withdraw from the program, the provider will remove the person from the program after receiving an email request sent to info@oliver-sport.de. In this case, the status, all collected points, and unused discounts & rewards will be forfeited.

9. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data within the program is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
