RE:HYDR Lemon – Lemon-Flavoured Electrolyte Powder

Some moments call for more than plain water – an intense morning run, a sweaty gym session or a long, active day on the go. That's where RE:HYDR Lemon comes in: an electrolyte powder with a fresh lemon flavour that provides minerals your body loses through sweat. At the heart of the formula is a balanced blend of potassium, sodium, chloride and magnesium, complemented by vitamin C, vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and zinc. Potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin C, vitamin B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The formula is deliberately kept simple: vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.

It couldn't be easier to use: simply dissolve one 12.9 g stick in 400–500 ml of cold water – precisely portioned for a standard sports bottle, with no measuring or spilling. This makes RE:HYDR Lemon ideal for anyone who pays attention to their fluid and electrolyte intake – from endurance athletes to active everyday life and travel.
